Davis Jewelers is approximately 1.5 miles north of Shelbyville Road near the intersection of North Hurstbourne Parkway and Forest Green Boulevard. The entrance is off Forest Green Boulevard.

3. Do you take repairs?
Yes. Our professional jewelers are craftsmen with over 50 years combined experience working with jewelry of all kinds. Plus, we have the latest technology, allowing us to work on the most intricate designs many other shops would not attempt.
Some repairs can even be completed while you wait. Call (502) 212-0420 and speak with Dennis, our Customer Service Manager, to schedule an appointment.
4. Do you perform appraisals?
Yes. Our on-site Graduate Gemologist can provide jewelry appraisals to meet all of your needs. Please call Roland at (502) 212-0420 for further information or to schedule an appointment.
5. Do you make custom designs?
Yes. Whether you would like to transform an existing piece or create a one-of-a-kind gift, our professional jewelers have the experience to turn your concept into a reality. We welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your ideas.
6. What watch brands do you carry?
We carry Raymond Weil, Baume & Mercier, Fendi, Montblanc, Tissot, Citizen, and one prestigious Swiss brand we are not allowed to mention online.
7. Do you change watch batteries?
Yes. Most can be changed while you wait. We send our watchmaker those we cannot change on-site.
8. Do you take trade-ins?

9. What is your return policy?
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase except for special orders, custom work, watches that have been worn, clearance items or damaged merchandise. We reserve the right to review all refunds, cancelled layaways or unclaimed items and may charge a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are available to original purchaser only.
10. How many locations do you have?
One. Davis Jewelers officially entered the jewelry business over twenty years ago in the heart of downtown Louisville at First and Jefferson Streets. After years of success, a second location was built off North Hurstbourne Parkway (9901 Forest Green Blvd.) in July 2001. The First and Jefferson store closed in 2002.
