Davis Jewelers wants you to feel confident in your purchase. Eligible purchases made online atDavisJewelers.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original formof payment, subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, merchandise must be:
Unworn and in its original condition
• Free from damage, scratches, alterations, or signs of wear
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by all original certificates, warranty materials, documentation, tags,
accessories, and other items provided with the purchase
Merchandise that has been worn, damaged, altered, resized, or otherwise modified after
purchase may not be eligible for return.
Special Orders & Custom Work
Custom-designed or made-to-order jewelry, special-order merchandise, personalized orengraved items, and merchandise altered or resized at the customer’s request may be subjectto return restrictions, restocking fees, or may be considered final sale. Any applicablerestrictions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Watches
Watches must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for return. All original packaging and accompanying materials, including the warranty card, manuals, accessories, links, and documentation, must be returned with the watch.
How to Make an Online Return
Before returning an online purchase, please contact Davis Jewelers within 14 days of delivery to obtain return merchandise authorization and return instructions.

Once your return has been authorized, Davis Jewelers will provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label along with instructions for safely packaging and returning your merchandise.
All returns must be shipped using the return label provided by Davis Jewelers. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. Davis Jewelers cannot assume responsibility for merchandise returned using an unauthorized shipping method or label.
Please securely package your merchandise in its original packaging and include all materials provided with the original shipment, including any applicable certificates, warranty cards,
documentation, accessories, watch links, appraisals, grading reports, and tags.
If a diamond, gemstone, or grading certificate supplied with the purchase is not returned, Davis Jewelers may deduct the reasonable cost of obtaining a replacement certificate from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Davis Jewelers before a refund is approved. Merchandise showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or modification may be ineligible for return.
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Credit card refunds may only be issued to the card used for the original purchase. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for processing. Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.
If returned merchandise does not meet the requirements of this policy, Davis Jewelers reserves the right to decline the return and return the merchandise to the customer.
Shipping & Handling
Davis Jewelers will provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label for eligible online returns.Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are non-refundable unless themerchandise received was damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, or whereotherwise required by applicable law.
